Both cabanas seat up to eight and both include a platter, a drinks package and someone looking after you the whole time. The only real difference is the light.

Please arrive promptly at your reserved start time.

Good to know: children swim from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so a Day Escape suits families. The pool is adults only from 5:00 PM, which covers most of the Sunset Retreat. Cabanas are also available by the hour and the half day for walk-up guests, subject to availability at the front desk.

Booked ahead, so you can just turn up.

Pick your cabana and time

Call or email with your date and how many are coming. Five cabanas, up to eight guests each.

Choose your platter and drinks

We send you the options at booking. Your choices are made then, so the kitchen and bar are ready.

Pay and you are set

Full payment secures the cabana, including the 20% gratuity. Selections are final once payment goes through.

Arrive and settle in

Everything is waiting for you. Your server takes it from there.

Every platter serves eight. Pick one with your booking, and add more if you want them.

Island Roost

65 wings with carrots and celery. Choice of three sauces from Thai, Rum BBQ, Passionfruit, Jerk, Mango Habañero or Buffalo.

Jolly Jerk

Jerk chicken skewers, sweet plantains, rice and peas.

Deckhand’s Delight

16 mini sliders with island fries and tropical slaw. Choice of beef, chicken or veggie.

Tide to Table

Grilled mahi, citrus salad, coconut rice and avocado crema.

Garden Grove

Vegetables and hummus, sliced fruit, bread and rum butter.

Seaside Graze

Cheeses, tropical fruits, bread and rum butter.

Fresh Provisions

Caesar salad and mixed green salad.

Additional platters are $145 each, arranged in advance. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Please tell your server about any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. All items are prepared in a facility that contains nuts, dairy and gluten.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Good to know.

Payment

Full payment is taken at booking, including the 20% gratuity. Once your platter and beverage selections are confirmed and paid, they are final. No discounts apply to cabana packages.

Cancellation

Cancellations carry a $150 fee. The remainder is refunded within three to five business days.

If something comes up

Management may offer a one-time move to another available date as a courtesy. It does not guarantee the same cabana, date or time, and any rate difference may apply.

No-shows

If you do not arrive and have not told us, the same $150 fee applies, capped at what you paid. We may release the cabana for resale after a 30 minute grace period. Prepaid decor or custom items may not be refundable once prepared.

Weather

Cabana reservations are not refundable for rain or inclement weather. Conditions change through the day, so plan accordingly.

Decorations

Approved in advance and free-standing. Nothing pinned, nailed, taped or tacked, and no glitter or confetti. A $100 cleaning fee applies if decorations or materials leave excessive mess, and anything left behind is treated as abandoned.

Music

You are welcome to request a DJ or live musician, arranged in advance and approved case by case. Outside speakers and sound equipment are not permitted. Preference goes to parties taking all five cabanas.

Outside food and drink

Not permitted in the cabanas, pool area or Jolly Roger’s. Exceptions for medical needs, infant and child dietary needs, or a cake approved in advance. Please speak to us beforehand.

Smoking

Not permitted at the restaurant, pool or cabana areas. There are designated areas outside the gates.

Pool safety

Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for everyone and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM adults only. There is no lifeguard. Children must be supervised at all times, non-swimmers stay in the shallow end regardless of flotation devices, and there is no jumping, diving, climbing on the pool walls or bar, running or horseplay.
