The Property
Danish stone, Caribbean sea, and the best view in town.
Built by the Danes in 1679 as Skytsborg, the sky tower. One of five National Historic Landmarks in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the only one you can hold a wedding in. Ceremonies on the lawn beneath the tower, cocktails on a terrace over the harbor, dinner in a historic dining room, and a pool deck that turns into a party after dark.
The Spaces
Six places, one hilltop.
Book one, or take the whole property. Seated is dinner at tables. Standing is a cocktail reception with no seated meal, which always fits more people. Most events use two or three spaces across the evening.

Food, drink and where they sleep
Everything comes off our own kitchen.
The kitchen
Island-inspired cooking out of Jolly Roger’s. Passed plates and stations for a cocktail reception, plated service for a seated dinner, or catering platters for something more relaxed. Menus are built per event, and we work around allergies and dietary needs as a matter of course.
The bar
Signature cocktails built on Blackbeard’s Castle Rum, frozen drinks, beer, wine and a full spirits list. Run it as a hosted open bar, a cash bar where guests settle their own tabs, or a drink ticket system you set in advance.
Stay on the hilltop
Eight guest rooms on the property: three Classic Kings, three Double Queens and two Ocean View Queen Suites. Room blocks are available for the wedding party and out-of-town guests, subject to availability.

Proposal and deposit
A written proposal with the spaces, the menu and the terms. A deposit holds the date and takes it off the calendar.

Final details
You confirm the final guest count 72 hours before. We issue the event order, and every department works off the same sheet.

Good to know
The practical answers.
What does it cost?
Each space carries an exclusive access fee to hold it privately, plus a food and beverage minimum. Both vary by space and by date. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll send real numbers, not a range.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. Florists, photographers, planners, entertainment and cake are all welcome. We coordinate arrival times and access with your planner, and every vendor goes on the event order.
What about the weather?
Every outdoor event gets a written rain plan before the day, with a covered alternative and a decision time. Nobody is standing on a lawn at 5pm wondering what happens next.
How far ahead should we book?
For a wedding on a specific date, as early as you can. For a dinner or a corporate evening, a few weeks is usually enough. Ask about your date either way, it costs nothing to check.
Is the property accessible?
It’s a hilltop site with historic stone and steps between some levels. Tell us about mobility needs when you inquire and we’ll walk you through which spaces work and how we get everyone where they need to be.
Where do guests park?
Charlotte Amalie parking plus shuttle coordination from the lot below the property. We’ll set it out in your event order so nobody is guessing on the day.
