The $15 Day Pass gets you the grounds, a Skytsborg Tower tour, and a rum-room sampling. Locals free with island ID, hotel guests included, and Jolly Roger’s is always free to walk into.

From Havensight (WICO) it is about a 10-minute taxi (about $6) or a 25-minute walk. From Crown Bay it is about a 12-minute taxi (about $8).
